Mohawk College and Mc Master University students raced through the Hamilton downtown core on Friday afternoon to help promote the interactive MyHamilton app for tablets and smart phones.
The app was developed as a partnership between McMaster University, The City of Hamilton, Columbia International College, Mohawk College and Weever Apps. The platform is designed to help keep people in touch with the hidden gems of downtown Hamilton.

Mohawk College students showed their school spirit and fitness Friday afternoon by defeating McMaster University in the MyHamilton Amazing Race.
The race had students running all over downtown Hamilton, completing challenges, and using the MyHamilton app to share their experiences throughout the city’s core.
Three teams of four students from Mohawk and McMaster registered to take part in the race.
