Students offer stress-busting advice

The days may be getting longer, but there still don’t seem to be enough hours in the day for many students to get all of their end-of-the-year assignments done. That equals stress – big time. But there are ways to deal with it.
“When I’m stressed around exam time I usually just spend time with my family, they keep me calm,” said Mohawk College student Jenna McKee.
As students focus on acing their exams and try to find the time to study, Ryan Dunn finds that exercise is the best way to relieve stress.
