Cutting back on caffeine

It seems a bit ironic that Caffeine Awareness Month happened at the same month as Tim Horton’s famous Roll up the Rim campaign. According to Health Canada, adult Canadians should consume no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day. This amount equals about three small cups of coffee. Despite the fact we are a java driving society, and have over four coffee shops on campus alone (including two Timmies), the Mohawk community seems to be trying to limit its intake.
